New orders from Interior Designers and other trade customers are accepted via regular mail to Hyde Park Home Inc or email.

On receipt of a new order, after it has been reviewed for accuracy, detail, pricing etc, the order is entered into the Hyde Park Home system

We will then e mail a copy of our Sales Order Acknowledgement to you for review and approval, which should then be signed and returned to us via regular mail or e mail   – it is also the time that 50% of the order value shown on the sales acknowledgement is due as a deposit.
All Checks should be made out to Hyde Park Home, and mailed to Hyde Park Home Inc, 75101 Sego Ln, Ste J1, Palm Desert CA 92211.

FAQs

How do you schedule for production?

New orders are not scheduled for production until we have received the deposit check, a signed copy of the Sales ACK and approvals on special finishes and drawings if required.

How long is production lead time?

Typical manufacturing lead time is 6 – 8 weeks

When do you ask for the order value balance?

2 weeks prior to the product being ready for shipment, we will e mail you an invoice for the 50% order value balance. This gives you time to collect your final balance from your customer and send our deposit via regular mail and confirm your shipping instructions.

What do you need to ship the order?

Completed orders will not be shipped until the final balance has been received and the customer has provided clear instructions as to which carrier the order should be released to.

Does your price include the shipping?

All orders are priced as FOB our factory in Los Angeles, (Freight not included) freight is the responsibility of the customer. However we are happy to help with carrier recommendations, freight quotes etc.

How do you ship the products?

Normally we ship blanket wrap – we can do crating if requested and at an extra charge. However we generally do not find it advantageous unless the product is being air or sea freighted.

How do you ship over-weight Metal Accents products?

Some Metal Accents bases can weight over 100 lbs, in which case these bases are shipped palletized and may require a lift truck for unloading at their destination.
